James Harris

Professional Cricketer at Glamorgan CCC & Chair of the PCA

“Formthotics provide me with great support and comfort whilst bowling lots of overs and spending plenty of time on my feet out in the field.”

Who I am and how I got started
I am a Professional Cricketer and I play for my home county of Glamorgan CCC in South Wales. I have also represented Middlesex CCC and England Lions during my career to date.

From a very young age it has always been cricket, I was lucky that my secondary school was right next door to the local cricket club. I fell in love with the game at around 10/11 years old and I’ve been incredibly fortunate to be able to make a career playing sport.

Away from cricket I’m an avid road cyclist and lover of good quality coffee. I am also currently the Chair of the Professional Cricketers Association and I have a wonderful fiancee and we have a two year old Welsh Terrier ‘Bonnie’.

Three words that best describe me
Relentless
Enthusiastic
Driven

Why I use Formthotics
I stumbled across Formthotics when I was looking for something that would suit me more when I was was playing. Formthotics provide me with great support and comfort whilst bowling lots of overs and spending plenty of time on my feet out in the field.

When I think of Formthotics…
I think of a quality product that combines form and function to allow me to perform at my best and help support my body with the rigours of professional sport.

A perfect days goes like this…
Probably spending hours on my road bike in the hills of South Wales with a brilliant coffee or two thrown in on a summers day.

Things on my bucket list
Follow the Tour De France around the Alps.
Go to the Masters in Augusta.
Go to a Super Bowl in the States.
