At Formthotics UK we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return an item, we’re here to help. Please review our Returns Policy to understand the process and your rights regarding returns.
- 30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your item, provided the item is returned in a saleable condition (see section 2). - Saleable Condition
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received. Items that are damaged, worn, or not in their original state will not be accepted for return. - Return Postage
Please note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect (see section 5). For your peace of mind, we recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure that your return safely reaches us. - How to Return an Item

- Contact us via email at sales@formthotics.co.uk or call us on 0161-714-7468 to initiate an exchange or return.
- Please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- A member of our Team will confirm your return request and verify you are within the 30 day return policy. You’ll then receive instructions for the returns process, including the address to send your item.
- Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets our conditions, we will process your exchange or refund within 14 days.
- Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement for the faulty goods. In these cases, we will cover reasonable return postage costs —please contact us before returning the item. - Refunds
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the returned item has been received and approved. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to process, we will notify you when your return has been processed. - Late Returns
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns outside of the 30-day return window. If your return is received after this period, we may not be able to process a refund or exchange.
